Project Management Oversight

Large capital projects have become increasingly complex and risky, and it is important that an Owner's project is managed in an effective manner. In order to improve the probability of successful project completion and to assess the potential for imprudent management leading to schedule delays, cost overruns and claims, Owners are employing an approach known as Project Management Oversight (PMO).

Project Management Oversight is a service performed by experienced LINK professionals who provide independent checks and evaluations of the Owners management process and the performance of project team members. The objective of Project Management Oversight is to provide additional tools for the Owners to use to ensure that the project costs, schedule and quality objectives are met.
