LINK Management, Inc. is a Project Management, Owner Representation Firm specializing in value added construction related consulting services. Located in Lafayette, Indiana and founded in 1996 by Tom Walter, Purdue University BS Civil Engineering 1979.

Our staff has over 50 years of experience in budgeting, scheduling, planning and construction. Our approach is different than a typical construction manager whose fees are based on a percentage for their involvement. We base our fees on actual hours devoted to our projects. This method has proven to be fair and effective, since different levels of involvement are required, for different Owners who possess varying levels of experience in the planning and development of their project.

Over the past ten years we have successfully completed projects across the state of Indiana. We pride ourselves on meeting our client's needs, no matter what or where they are. LINK Management was selected as the Owners Representative on two new banking centers for Lafayette Community Bank. Both locations we built simultaneously and opened in the summer of 2013.

Our responsibilities include:
