Pay Request Validation

LINK Management has a long history of assisting Owners and Lenders in progress inspections and pay request validation. Our approach is to verify that work in place accurately matches the pay request amount. An assessment is made during the project to verify that there are sufficient resources to complete the work.

All projects will be faced with changes. We strive to keep our clients apprised of any cost changes that may affect the budget.

LINK Management was selected as the Owners Representative on two new banking centers for Lafayette Community Bank. Both locations we built simultaneously and opened in the summer of 2013.

Our responsibilities include:
