Since 1996 we have worked with hundreds of different owners to assist where they did not have the capacity to effectively or efficiently manage a project.Since we have no ties to any particular designers, contractors or suppliers, we can offer our unbiased objectivity. LINK Management actually becomes an extension of your staff focusing on your best interests.

LINK Management was selected as the Owners Representative on two new banking centers for Lafayette Community Bank. Both locations we built simultaneously and opened in the summer of 2013.

Our responsibilities include:

Design coordination, Bidding and budget analysis, Contract preparation, Construction progress meetings, Quality control inspections, Scheduling, Pay request review and processing, Change order negotiations, Project close-out and warranty administration
