LINK Management has specialized in Owner Representation for over 20 years and has assisted owners with countless construction projects of all sizes and scopes. As an Owner's Representative, we bring control to the design and development process, making sure that the owner's best interests are at the heart of every decision made. We are able to facilitate the overall coordination efforts between the design team members, ensuring that important issues receive the proper attention and resolution.

During the construction phase, LINK Management will spend significant time on the construction site. When complicated issues arise, we will explore all of the possible implications, distill the information, and provide the owner with a concise set of options, clearly defined, along with a recommended course of action.

Our approach is different than a typical construction manager whose fees are based on a percentage for their involvement. We base our fees on actual hours devoted to our projects. This method has proven to be fair and effective, since different levels of involvement are required, for different owners who possess varying levels of experience in the planning and development of their project.

LINK Management, Inc.'s Featured Project

LINK Management was selected as the Owners Representative on two new banking centers for Lafayette Community Bank. Both locations we built simultaneously and opened in the summer of 2013.

Our responsibilities include:
