Pay Request Validation

LINK Management has a long history of assisting Owners and Lenders in progress inspections and pay request validation.  Our approach is to verify that work in place accurately matches the pay request amount.  At some point in the project, an assessment will be made to verify that there are sufficient resources to complete the work. 

All projects will be faced with changes. We strive to keep our clients apprised of any cost changes that may affect the budget.  

Quality control inspections and schedule review services are also available from our in house staff.
