Our approach is different
than a typical construction manager
whose fees are based on a percentage for
their involvement. We base our
fees on actual hours devoted to our
projects. This method has proven
to be fair and effective, since
different levels on involvement are
required, for different owners who
possess varying levels of experience in
the planning and development of their
project.
