LINK Management, Inc. is a Project Management, Owner representation firm specializing in value added construction related consulting services.  Located in Lafayette, Indiana and founded in 1996 by Tom Walter, Purdue University BS Civil Engineering 1979.

Our staff has over 50 years of experience in budgeting, scheduling, planning and construction.  Our approach is different than a typical construction manager whose fees are based on a percentage for their involvement.  We base our fees on actual hours devoted to our projects.  This method has proven to be fair and effective, since different levels of involvement are required, for different owners who possess varying levels of experience in the planning and development of their project.
