Since 1996 we have worked with hundreds of different owners to assist where they did not have the capacity to effectively or efficiently manage a project.  Since we have no ties to any particular designers, contractors or suppliers, we can offer our unbiased objectivity.  LINK Management actually becomes an extension of your staff focusing on your best interests.

Our staff has over fifty years of experience in budgeting, scheduling, planning and construction.  Our scope of involvement varies on each project based on the particular owner's needs.  We strive to research, analyze and present information so that our clients can make proactive and well informed decisions.

LINK Management was selected as the Owner’s Representative on a new state of the art casting and extrusion plant. The 700,000 square foot facility will sit on 50 acres of industrial ground on Lafayette’s south east side.

Our responsibilities include:

Site selection, procurement, utility and access permit coordination, design and construction proposal requests, design coordination, contracts, site inspections and schedule coordination.
